Hello! i am popi and i'm a digital illustrator excited to work with you!
Please read my Carrd carefully to ensure an easier business exchange.

My service offers personalized digital artworks in any size, shape or form, of whatever and whoever for profile pictures, banners, backgrounds, character profiles, fanart, studies, designs and much more!
My default and largest canvas sizes are 3000p x 3000p (350dpi) to assure the client will get a high quality product.
I usually share my artworks through DMs in PNG form, but if necessary I can email and/or link the artworks through Google Drive in different file formats. (PSD, WEBP, MDP etc..)

How to commission me1. Choose the base listing of your liking;
- if necessary, also select any additive option and add it to your total.
- if you need help with currency conversion, don’t be afraid to ask!

2. DM me either over on Discord, Twitter or Instagram at @stonesicle with your request;
- Although preferred, i don’t require any visual reference of your idea, i can do with descriptions as well!

3. Specify that you’ve agreed to my TOS and your preferred payment method;
- Payment method can either be PayPal or Ko-fi, which I will send you links to.

4. If you’d like, we can also discuss a deadline, otherwise sit back and wait for me to be back with your sketch for your word on any change I'd need to make.

5. After the sketch is fixed, I'll jump straight into the polishing stage and I'll be back once more with either another Work In Progress (WIP) or the finished product (at my own discretion) to do the last round of changes. Done!

I will draw:
- Humans;
- Humanoids;
- Nudity;
- Furries;
- Any other sort of anthropomorphic animals;
- Feral animals;
- Monsters;
- Horror;
- Mechas/robots;
-Gore including scars, organs, blood;
- Any sort of weapon;
- Any sort of vehicle;
- Established fictional characters and OCs;
- Ships; (as long as they are not problematic (selfcest is fine))
- Suggestive works. (including fetish work that does not contain lower genitalia. (shirtless people are fine))

I won’t draw:
- NSFW that includes lower genitalia and any sort of sexual action;
- Ships between real and fictional people; (i.e. an actor x an OC, although i am fine with fictional characters that have real people’s faceclaims)
- Bigotry;
- Artworks depicting politicians or political themes;
- Problematic dynamics; (Incest, SA, loli/shota)
- Anything else I might be uncomfortable with. (i'm open to discuss!)

Terms of service (read carefully)
 
My work policies:- Upon requesting a commission I require the full payment upfront, either through PayPal, Ko-fi or VGEN, before starting the sketch as long as the total price is equal or less than 20€. (25USD)
- Otherwise, if the price totals to an amount greater than 20€ (25USD), i can offer a payment plan where i receive half of the total before starting the sketch and before i begin the refining stage. The price shall be paid in full before I share the final product.

- My Turn Around Time (TAT) is the following:
     avg. 6-12 hours for the sketch; (MAX 24 hours)
     avg. 2-5 days for the completed drawing. (MAX 14 days)
- In case there is any foreseen variation I will let the client know, otherwise they are free to ask me for updates at any point in time they’d like. 
 
- My prices are non-negotiable. Instead, on weekends Fri-Sat-Sun, i can offer a general discount of 10% to the client’s total!
 
- Although I will draw pretty much anything, it is at my own discretion whether I will accept or refuse a commission.


Rights of use:
 
- The completed artwork and all of its versions are owned by both me and the commissioner, and it can be shared as a post, profile picture, banner and the like by either or both of us freely as long as credit is present in the post and/or profile bio.
 
- Unless agreed upon prior, i, the artist, am allowed to share and use the artwork at my own discretion to post and advertise my commissions.
 
- Commercial use of the artworks is allowed ONLY as long as an additional fee of 33% of the total price is paid upon or after commissioning me.
This includes uses such as: video thumbnails, advertisements, streaming overlays, digital and physical stickers (meant to be sold).
 
- In case I am commissioned to draw a design of a sticker, keychain or similar that is personal to the commissioner’s use (i.e. they’d like to make a keychain for themselves) then the commercial fee does not apply.


Refund policies:
 
- I offer the opportunity to receive a 100% return of payment as long as I haven't shown the client the sketch of the artwork they’ve commissioned yet.
 
- I offer the opportunity to receive a 50% return of payment as long as I haven't shown the client the finished product OR an additional wip other than the sketch of the artwork they’ve commissioned yet.
 
- Refunds after the completion of the artwork are not allowed in any circumstance. Instead, if the client is dissatisfied with the final product, I can offer to modify their artwork plenty of times free of charge as long as those changes do not overhaul the drawing.


Perks for regulars:
 
- I consider a ‘regular’ somebody who has commissioned me on at least two or more occasions. On their future purchases, I offer them the following perks:     a small discount of 15% on all of their future orders above 40€ (50USD);
     the possibility to request an additional free sketch (of quality at my
     discretion) on commissions more expensive than 40€. (50USD)


Prohibitions:
 
- I forbid my clients and third parties to:
    repost and utilize my artwork without credit;
    use my artwork to train any sort of AI model;
    resell my artwork in NFT form;
    resell my artwork as their own;
    plagiarize my work;
    complete my sketches (unless agreed upon prior).
